Remember that we're not alone, extinguish has many fellow groups in Ontario, doing the exact same thing that we do, uniting against the tobacco industry. The Ontario government calls groups like us, Youth Action Alliances (YAA), and supports 31 YAAs.

- The Smoke-Free Ontario Act: The Ontario Bill that will make all public places smoke-free and that publicly supports all of us here at extinguish!
- Smoke-FX: This site is designed to talk about reducing tobacco use in teens.
- Ministry of Ontario’s stupid.ca Campaign: Stupid.ca has TV commercials and ads in your favourite Canadian magazines. They show youth how the industry targets us and the effects that smoking can have on us
- Health Canada’s Healthy Living on Tobacco: Health Canada provides a list of stats about tobacco, how tobacco affects Canadians, and campaigns to do to act against tobacco. Health Canada has also done commercials with Heather Crowe, the waitress who never smoked a day in her life, but now has lung cancer.
- Tobacco Facts: Since 1997, British Columbia focuses on protecting British Columbians, especially young people, from the harmful effects of tobacco, with disgusting pictures and fun games.
- Not To Kids Campaign: 29 Public Health Agencies unite together to form the Not to Kids! Coalition.

- Canadian Cancer Society: The Cancer Society talks about how tobacco leads to all different kinds of cancers. They also offer a Smoker’s Helpline: 1-877-513-5333, which is free, confidential, and gives one-on-one help to people who want to quit.
- The Lung Association: More information of lung problems after smoking, and youth-geared campaign called “Second Hand Smoke Blows.”
- Heart & Stroke Foundation: We all know the effects of smoking, but here they talk about how smoking can affect your heart.
- Non-Smokers’ Rights Association: Some smokers argue it’s their right to smoke, but it’s also the non-smokers’ rights to not get second-hand smoke.
- Ontario Campaign Against Tobacco (OCAT): A group of organizations like Cancer Society, Lung Association, Heart & Stroke, all team up to fight tobacco.
- Ontario Tobacco-Free Network (OTN): A group of organizations as part of the Ontario Campaign Against Tobacco.
- Kids Help Phone: Kids Help Phone knows it’s tough being a teen, so they offer counselling, where you can talk to them about any issues about tobacco.
- Cyberisle: Created by a group of University students in Toronto, they want to tobacco with you.

- World Health Organization: Every year, the World Health Organization puts out a theme for World No Tobacco Day on May 31! This year’s theme was “Tobacco: Deadly in Any Form or Disguise.”
- The Truth: This has lots of games, downloads, and a mini-show called “Fair Enough”, where they re-enact tobacco companies’ secret meetings where they target us, youth!
- Campaign for Tobacco Free Kids: A detailed look at American tobacco youth action events, with many event ideas to use at your school. Join Kick Butts Day, on April 5 every year!
- Smoke Free Movies: Find out if how much smoking is actually in your favourite movies!
- Scene Smoking: A complete list of all the top 10 movies and older movies saying how much smoking is in it!
- Centers for Disease Control and Prevention: More information from the American organization about tobacco.
- Big Tobacco Sucks: Join the Campaign against Big Tobacco, the group of tobacco companies all targeting us, youth!
- Teen Quit: This links to all American campaigns and anti-tobacco industry groups.
