extinguish has been in existence since September 2005 and has worked in partnership with several organizations in the Brampton, Mississauga and Caledon communities.

extinguish along with over 50 other Youth Tobacco Prevention groups across the province of Ontario have been eliminated due to provincial funding cuts as of August 31, 2009.

Peel Public Health’s, Tobacco Team remains committed to their ongoing tobacco control work and this website will remain active until at least March 2010.
